To access Fijoya, simply log in through the app or web portal.
If your company supports SSO login (like OKTA), use it to login.

If you prefer using a web portal, you can do so through one of the following options:
Log in to the MetTel OKTA portal at https://mettel.okta.com, and locate the Fijoya app, either by searching or under "My Apps." Click the Fijoya tile, then click Continue.
You can log into the web app directly by visiting https://web.fijoya.io/sign-in and selecting Sign in with OKTA. If you're unable to log in for any reason, try the following:
Refreshing the page.
Using Chrome as your browser (instead of Edge, for example).
Unblocking pop-ups in your browser by navigating to your browser’s Settings > Privacy & Security (or Content Settings) and adjusting the pop-up settings accordingly.
