Feedback and escalations

If you haven’t received a good enough answer from the Assistant, you can:

  • Rate the conversation (click on thumbs up/thumbs down):

  • Leave feedback to the technical support team by clicking "Technical Support" in the Assistant menu or under the Profile tab, then selecting "I have some feedback.":

  • Contact your HR team by clicking the “Contact HR” button that appears after every answer:
