Fijoya works with virtual prepaid cards, not physical cards.

Issue of cards is on a per-vendor basis: when you want to purchase from a specific vendor, Fijoya will issue you a dedicated card that you can use to pay for products or services from that vendor. At any given time, you will likely have multiple Fijoya cards: one for each vendor you are interested in using (e.g. one card for Headspace, one card for Glo, etc.).

1. Cards are issued after selecting a certain product or service listed under the “Products and Services” menu on the vendor page, and then clicking the "Take me to [Vendor Name]" (e.g. "Take me to Headspace") button.

This will direct you to the vendor's website to begin your onboarding/checkout process in a dedicated browser within the Fijoya App.

2. With some vendors you may need to create an account. If so, feel free to use your personal email.

3. Once you have reached the vendor checkout page:

  • Always select to pay with the Credit Card option.

  • Swipe up the card tab at the bottom to view your Fijoya Card details.

  • Use the copy-paste icons to copy the card details and then paste them in the relevant fields.

  • In case you're asked for an address - use your home address.

You can find previously issued Fijoya Cards by clicking the "My Cards" tile in the Home tab:

Note: you may only use Fijoya Cards to pay for services within the Fijoya App. Use of Fijoya cards outside the Fijoya App will result in failure to complete your transaction.
