To help you in the decision-making process, we display ratings and reviews for vendors, products and services. The ratings and reviews come from two primary sources:

Fijoya consolidates ratings and reviews available from trusted resources on the internet.

For mobile apps, we use the ratings and reviews on the App Store or Google Play (depending on the type of mobile device you use to access the Fijoya App).

For non-app products and services, we use ratings and reviews from Trustpilot.

Every month we prompt users for feedback regarding the vendors, products and services they have used that month. This feedback fuels Fijoya's internal rating and review system, and also gives you as a Fijoya user an opportunity to consider the benefits you are using and decide whether they are the best fit for you, or if you would rather search for alternative products and services with which to use your Fijoya allowance.
