If you're looking for overviews of your Fijoya purchases, payments or subscriptions, those can all be found under the Expenses tab in the Fijoya App (accessible from the bottom navigation bar).

Expenses report

The primary screen under the Expenses tab contains a report of all transactions you've made with Fijoya Cards, enabling you to:

  1. View purchases and payments, including upcoming expenses (e.g. monthly subscriptions due to be paid)

  2. Search for a specific transaction

  3. Toggle across monthly expenses

Each transaction is tagged with one of the following tags:

  • Approved: the transaction has gone through and was approved by the vendor.

  • Pending: the transaction is not yet complete; it is pending charge by the vendor. In such situations the transacted amount is “held” by the vendor until it is either charged or canceled (less likely). Vendors commonly use this approach due to technical requirements. In the case of a decline, the “held” amount will be refunded (see below).

  • Declined: the transaction did not go through.

  • Refund: you have received a refund from the vendor for a previous transaction or a declined transaction.

Manage subscriptions screen

At the top of the Expenses tab you will find the “Manage subscriptions” button. This will take you to the My subscriptions screen where you can view both Active and Expired subscriptions.

If you wish to cancel payment for a subscription, simply click the “Cancel” button next to the relevant subscription. A pop-up will ask you to verify the cancellation request:

Please note: Canceling the subscription through Fijoya removes your Fijoya Card as the payment method, but it does not cancel your subscription account with the vendor. For more details on canceling and otherwise managing your subscriptions, see:
