Find, review and cancel your subscriptions.

Fijoya offers various services that may require periodic (e.g. monthly) subscriptions with recurring payments. If you’ve recently subscribed to such a service and want to see details, or you simply wish to review your subscriptions, you can do so in multiple ways under within the Expenses tab:

Upcoming expenses section

By scrolling down within the Expenses tab, you can find the “Upcoming expenses” section. This section will usually includes the recurring payments for your subscriptions, and they will be labeled with the tag "Subscription."

Manage subscriptions screen

At the top of the Expenses tab you will find the “Manage subscriptions” button. This will take you to the My subscriptions screen where you can view both Active and Expired subscriptions.

Canceling the subscription

If you wish to cancel payment for a subscription, simply click the “Cancel” button next to the relevant subscription. A pop-up will ask you to verify the cancellation request:

Please note: Canceling the subscription through Fijoya removes your Fijoya Card as the payment method, freeing up your Fijoya allowance for other uses of your choice. However, it will not cancel your subscription account with the vendor.
