Why don’t I see my subscriptions in “upcoming expenses”?

If you recently subscribed to a service via Fijoya, but don't see it in your upcoming expenses, this might be why.

Fijoya offers various subscription-based services on its platform. These subscriptions are managed directly by the vendor offering them. While you will usually receive access to the services included in the subscription immediately upon sign-up, the technicalities of payment processing may take up to a month.

If more than a month has passed since you’ve subscribed to a given service and you still don’t see it under the “Upcoming expenses” section in the Expenses tab, feel free to chat with our support team or contact us at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to look into the issue for you.
