If you accidentally used your personal credit/debit card to make a vendor purchase for a benefit offered through Fijoya, you will often want to switch the payment method to a Fijoya card instead.

Here are possible courses of action to take:

Apply for reimbursement from the vendor

Sometimes the vendor may have a cancellation or refund policy that will enable you to cancel your purchase.

After you have received your refund from the vendor, you can then purchase from the vendor through the Fijoya App, using a Fijoya card.

Seek further support from Fijoya

Contact our support team via chat or email at [email protected]. You will need to provide:

  • Details of the purchase (including a receipt)

  • Reason for paying with your personal card

The course of action will be determined based on our policies.
