I need a receipt for a purchase

Looking for a receipt for a purchase made in Fijoya?

After making a payment with a Fijoya card, you should receive an email receipt from the product or service’s vendor. The receipt will be sent to the email address you provided in the vendor's sign-up/payment process.

A valid receipt should include the following information:

  • Date of the purchase.

  • Name and address of the supplier.

  • Description of the items purchased, including individual prices and quantities.

  • VAT if applicable.

  • Total price.

If you are unable to find the receipt in your email inbox (remember to look in the inbox of the email you provided to the vendor, which may be the same as or different than the email you use for Fijoya), you can try:

  • Using the search tab in your email browser to search for the service of interest.

  • Checking your email spam folder.
