You asked for a refund and it was approved, but you can’t see it in your Fijoya App.

The approval process of requests for refunds may vary across different vendors, and can take up to a month to be received.

As per your employer's policy:

  • When a refund is approved by a given vendor within the same month in which you've placed a transaction - the funds will return to your budget for further utilization throughout that same month. In this case you should see the refunded amount added under your Expenses tab. This will also be reflected in the total balance shown on your Home tab.

  • However, be advised that in case a refund is approved in the following month(s) from which you've placed a transaction, those funds will return to your employer and will not be available for you for further use.
