How to delete your account or personal data.

As a Fijoya account owner, you can request to delete your Fijoya account or personal data at any time for any reason. You may submit a request by using one of the following options:

1. When you click your Profile picture in the Fijoya App, you will find a dedicated button for deleting your account:

Note: Expect a re-confirmation email after submitting any of the above request forms.

3. By chatting with our support team or contacting us at [email protected].

Note: processing these requests may take up to 30 days from the date of submission.


What happens when you request to delete your account or personal data?

  • Your Fijoya cards are deactivated.

  • The subscriptions paid for with Fijoya cards will not be covered by Fijoya, and thus may be canceled (you may avoid such cancelation by changing your payment method for each subscription on the vendor's site before deleting your account/personal data).

In the case of account deletion:

  • You won’t be able to login or access your Fijoya account again.

  • Any association between your account and your personal data we store will no longer be accessible through your account.

  • You will not be able to access your usage history or any other account related information previously kept by Fijoya.

In the case of deletion of personal data while retaining your account:

  • All your personal data will be deleted with no ability to restore it, including, but not limited to:

    • Personal information, such as name, age, etc.

    • Personal preferences and interests

    • Communication with our support channel

  • Re-entering the Fijoya App will require you to undergo a new onboarding process from scratch.

  • Some of our services may not be available, such as any automatic subscriptions that depend on the use of your personal data.

Exceptions to personal data deletion

  • Anonymized or aggregated information which cannot be used to identify you

  • Public activity on your account prior to deletion (such as vendor reviews or ratings)

  • This data will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.

Fijoya reserves the right to retain certain personal data for legitimate reasons such as:

  • Where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, security, tax, fraud prevention or accounting requirements.

  • For us to have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges.

  • If we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal data or dealings.

Such information will be kept in compliance with applicable laws and will only be used for the purposes stated here.
