Transaction not showing in the Expenses tab

You made a purchase but it doesn't appear in your Expenses tab. Learn why this might be happening.

When you make a purchase with your Fijoya card, you should see a record of the transaction under the Expenses tab.

If your purchase is not shown, the reason may be one of the following:

  • The purchase was actually made with a different card - not with your Fijoya card.

  • The checkout process was not fully completed.

  • The vendor declined the transaction.

  • The vendor accepted the transaction but is experiencing processing delays.

If you are sure you completed a purchase with your Fijoya card, but you donโ€™t see it in your Expenses tab, reach out to chat with our support team or contact us at [email protected] so we can look into it for you.
